Continuous development of the service quality is the top priority of JSC Donavia. Quality control is executed according to the international standards ISO 9000:2008.
Since March 2004, a group of quality management system (QMS) is operating in the structure of the airline. QMS employees have a great work experience in civil aviation and in quality management.
To maintain airline’s activity optimization, the QMS group monitors operating processes, and maintains monitoring of passenger service processes in airports and on board of planes during the flight.
Donavia passenger service is regulated in accordance with the approved Standards of passenger service in airports and on board the aircraft, etc. These Standards are based on the Federal aviation rules (FAR) of the RF and provide high-level and high-quality service.
Since 2008, Donavia is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Donavia entered the IATA after successful passing of the IOSA audit. On November 25, 2008, Donavia was introduced into the IOSA registry. After successful passing of the regular audit in 201, IATA membership and registration as IOSA operator of the airline is extended upto 2017.
IOSA standards are developed by the International Air Transport Association, they unite the best worldwide experience of aviation business and define the modern highest requirements to the activity of airline.
Results of audits demonstrated high-preparation level of JSC Donavia to plan and perform its activity on a par with the leading world companies providing operational processes with required level of safety and quality.
